2016 Audi Q7: Looks Alone Won’t Make Them A Winner

If Audi plans to compete with looks alone, they would have lost the fight a long time ago. While the Audi Q7 is no ugly model, it is not one of the best the market has to offer either. If you had to pick a beauty, we would pick the Volvo XC90 and not the Audi Q7.

Luckily, Audi did not plan to bank on just looks. The 2017 Audi Q7 comes running on a 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will be delivering about 252hp and 273lb ft of torque. Those looking for something more will be offered the 3.0-liter gasoline engine. There is also the TDI diesel V6 engine. Besides all of that, there were also talks that Audi is looking to offer a new diesel plug-in hybrid engine option in the future as well.

Thanks to the new MLB platform, the 2017 Audi Q7 is also a lot lighter now. The lighter body will helo further improve the fuel economy and performance of the new Audi Q7 model.
