Come next year, Nissan will be releasing a new Juke that will look to carry forward the success from the existing model. About a month ago, the Japanese carmaker showed off the next Juke’s study and it swept the viewers off their feet. However, this is due to the SUV’s performance, not design.
Sadly to say, Nissan has been terrible in designing the Juke. The current model is already ugly and it hurts more to see the upcoming model looking more awkwardly bizarre than ever. This is something that is undisputable and isn’t new for Nissan. After all, the company either produces a vehicle that looks mesmerizing or a vehicle that looks weird. There is no in-between.
Independent concept artist, X-Tomi, couldn’t agree more with the above remark which explains why the lad decided to create his own rendition of the next Juke. Instead of developing something new that comes with many fancy design elements, X-Tomi simply used the elements from the Qashqai.
The end result is a Juke which looks like an oversized Qashqai. Obviously, this is better looking than the Concept model. Then again, Nissan won’t be abiding by X-Tomi’s design as they wishes for each and every vehicle under their belt to look different from one another. If not, Nissan’s SUVs will end up like the Audi Q-series and the BMW X-series.
