If you are looking for a vehicle that will last, you might want to avoid the Kia Sedona for now because you might end up with half a car after owning it for a few years.
We know that not too long ago, Kia issued a recall to recall back the Kia Sedona after reports of the hood latches corroding started surfacing. Well, Kia is now issuing another recall to recall back the Kia Sedona once more.
This time, the issue will be the front lower control arms which are said to be corroding as well. Affected models will be those that were manufactured between the 12th of August 2012 until the 15th of June 2015.
It is believed that the issue here is the salt used on icy roads. The corroded front lower control arms might break leading to an accident. Luckily no injuries or death caused by the issue have been reported.
Affected models will be recalled to their Kia Sedona inspected. The front control arms will be getting an anti-corrosion coating if needed.
