It has been a long while since we saw the last Ford Bronco getting released and fans of this highly popular SUV are dying to see a successor.
Now, new rumours have surfaced and it is hinting that the Bronco will be getting a successor next year. The 4×4 will arrive with two different engine options. One is the Ecoboost, while the other is the Diesel variants. From the rumour, we can expect the diesel engine to be a 4.5-litre and the Ecoboost to be a 3.5-litre.
If this is true, then the Bronco will automatically be a challenge for the upcoming Jeep Wrangler. Ford should not worry too much on the rivalries after the company saw the success of the F150 Raptor.
Elsewhere, the word is that the Bronco will come in multiple variants. This is due to the 4×4, which will be the direct replacement for the Raptor. There will be the 4-door Bronco, and the Bronco coupe.
While there is no official word on the matter, Ford did reveal that they wish to produce two dozen vehicles next year and the Bronco could just be among them.
