Back in the mid-90s, there lived one legendary SUV called the Ford Bronco. Unfortunately, the vehicle was mysteriously discontinued ever since but that never stop the fans from anticipating a new Bronco.
Just when all hope seems lost, word came out that the Bronco is being produced behind closed doors. The next Bronco will be designed like its concept which was seen a decade ago and it will also be sharing the same platform with the Ford Ranger and Explorer.
There will be three different motors to choose from and they are the 4.5L diesel engine, 5.0L gasoline engine, and 3.5L EcoBoost engine. All three engines are mated to a twin-clutch manual gearbox with the option of an automatic transmission. The Bronco will also come in two trims- a 2WD and 4WD.
While it all sounds great, there has yet to be any official word to address the rumours from Ford. As such, it is still best to take it with a pinch of salt. The rumour revealed that the Bronco will be unveiled during the LA Auto Show in November next month and only then we will find out if the Bronco will be revived.
