There is a lot of anticipation for the next-gen Chevrolet Colorado and we are not surprised at all. The upcoming pickup truck is truly going to be legendary as it will be the most fuel efficient vehicle in its segment.
Furthermore, the Colorado is built with hydroformed steel frame which makes it sturdier than its predecessors. The stronger frame does combine well with the colourful and stylish design of the next-gen Colorado.
In detail, there will be three different Colorado trim level. They are called the WT, LT and the Z71. All three variants will ride on the 2WD or 4WD system. Of course, the top of the line Z71 has some extras to offer like a gunmetal grille and 17 inch wheels.
Under the hood, the pickup truck will be offered with two petrol engine options. One is the 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine that will produce 200 horsepower and 191 pound-feet of torque while the other is 3.6-liter V-6 engine with 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque. Rumours suggest that a diesel mill will also be offered but Chevrolet has yet to confirm it.
The Colorado is not far from its release already and it will be selling from $20,000. This confirms that the pickup truck is not only fuel efficient but also powerful and cheap to own.
