Later this year, Apple will be launching the all-new MacBook Pro. This upcoming laptop is tipped to come out with revolutionary specs after Intel went public yesterday to announce on the production of Skylake.
For those that are unaware, Skylake is going to be the replacement for Broadwell and it is also Intel’s first ever 14nm nanaochips. Intel shared that Skylake is expected to be ready by late June this year.
If the launch timing is right, then there should be ample time for Apple to integrate Skylake with the next-gen MacBook Pro. Doing so will ensure that the future laptop is going to be faster than ever before and more energy efficient at the same time.
Then again, Apple is not known for introducing big upgrades with a new device which makes the above highly unlikely to happen. The tech giant has been teasing in the past on how the next-gen MacBook Pro is going to come with Broadwell chips and they will be sticking to that for sure.
