Later this year, Apple will be launching the next-gen Retina MacBook Pro. The thing is that this upcoming laptop now has the potential to offer an unbeatable performance. However, this is only if Apple decides to equip the MacBook Pro with Skylake instead of Broadwell.
In case you are unaware, Intel has already announced on the production of Skylake and the tech component is going to be the company’s first ever 14nm nanochips. Skylake is expected to get released by late June or early July and this makes it possible to apply the technology on the upcoming MacBook Pro.
With Skylake on-board, the MacBook Pro can offer rapid processing speed and also great energy efficiency. Also, graphics will be drastically improved.
Of course, Apple has yet to give us any clue on whether Skylake will be integrated on the next-gen MacBook Pro. Regardless, we can expect Apple to confirm on this at WWDC next month.
