A lot of people got excited about the Mazda 3 when it was launched, but everyone said the same thing, was the car worth the price tag? For the specs many people expected it to come with a price tag that was lower, so is it worth purchasing?
Bear in mind that the Mazda 3 does have the SkyActiv and this could be one of the reasons why the price tag is so high. The SkyActiv tech does help to give a better handling experience along with improving the drive and other cars will have a hard time competing with it. The Mazda 3 does happen to be among the best cars to drive, however it some areas it does lack.
The cabin could be more insulated as the noise from the wind can be a bit too much. Mazda wanted the Mazda 3 to be efficient, however sacrifices were needed for the power output of the vehicle and due to this it can seem to be underpowered. The car isn’t sluggish, but it does seem to be weaker when you put it at the side of the Toyota Corolla Altis or the Honda Civic.
The Mazda 3 comes with features such as the automatic headlights and wipers and it does drive very good. However if you want more for your money then you might want to look at other vehicles in the same segment.
