The recent JI expo unveiled a lot of beautiful vehicles but it was the Honda HR-V that stole the show. Honda opened the curtains to two HR-V variants that differs in styling. One of them is designed by Mugen while the other is the Modulo.
However, it was the Mugen that swept viewers of their feet. The SUV comes with widebody extensions, flowery 5-spoke wheels and racing stripes on its body. In short, the Honda HR-V Mugen takes looks like a mean racing machine.
Looks aside, a HR-V is still a HR-V. This means that the car has 120 PS/145 Nm to offer from its 1.5L engine. The motor is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and the car comes packed with features like electric parking brake, ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, dual airbags, Vehicle Stability Assist, Ultra Seats, auto air con, keyless entry with push start, cruise control, shift paddles and leather seats.
Of course, the above features vary on the HR-V trim levels. There are three to choose from and they are the A, S and E models. The entry level models retail at IRP 240 million and capped at IRP 350 million for the top of the line, 1.8 Prestige variant.
