While we have been poking fun at Verizon Wireless the entire week thanks to the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE parody commercial on Saturday Night Live, here is some serious news for those who have LTE devices.
Verizon Wireless 4G LTE coverage map expanded
Big Red has expanded their 4G LTE coverage map to now include 7 more cities. The announcement of the new markets was made via the Verizon Wireless website: Little Rock, Ark.; Rapid City, S.D.; Clarksville, Tenn.; Cookeville, Tenn.; San Antonio, Tex.; and Rochester-Area, New York
Furthermore, Verizon has also added 13 new cell sites in and around Cabot, Jacksonville, Sherwood, the Little Rock Air Force Base, Ward, Austin and Gravel Ridge to properly envelop the Highway 67/167 corridor.
