If you’re looking to get an Android smartphone this month then the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX and Samsung Galaxy Nexus are without a doubt in your list as long as it’s within your budget. The Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX boasts great battery life while the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is the ony Android Ice Cream Sandwich phone on the market right now. So which is better?
The folks over at PhoneDog have gone ahead and prepared a lengthy comparison video pitting the Samsung Galaxy Nexus against the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX. Now before you scroll down to the bottom and check out the video review, let’s have a quick look at the specs:
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus has a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD touch screen versus the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX with a smaller 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced touch screen. Moving on to the processors, both boast a 1.2GHz dual core IT OMAP processor, however the DROID RAZR MAXX has an 8-megapixel rear camera under its belt versus the 5-megapixel shooter on the Galaxy Nexus. Battery-wise we find the DROID RAZR MAXX take the lead again with its 3300mAh battery versus the 1850mAh on the Nexus device. Both Androids feature 4G LTE connectivity but the Galaxy Nexus already has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich while the DROID RAZR MAXX is still on the waiting list.
