If you were wondering when the first batch of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich preloaded smartphones would begin hitting the market then mark March on your calender.

White HTC Sensation with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

While Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich rolled out on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus late last year, since then we haven’t seen any (if at all) other devices release with the 4.0 preloaded. Now HTC appears to be taking the lead with its announcement that a special white HTC Sensation will Europe on March 1st.

Now if that wasn’t exciting enough, there is a good chance we may see what the new HTC Sense layer looks like with Android 4.0 ICS under the hood. While the details come via HTC’s Dutch offices, we’re certain that other parts of Europe will be getting the white HTC Sensation on or around the same date.

Now if you’re late to the party or can’t remember what the HTC Sensation is all about, let us recap the specs: 4.3-inch qHD touchscreen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera, HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and more.
