Mystery Android running Android 4.03 Ice Cream Sandwich tops NenaMark2 benchmark
The surprise don’t end there as this mysterious device is running Android 4.0.3, packing Qualcomm’s 28nm Snapdragon S4 Krait MSM8960 SoC,a 1.5GHz CPU and a 1024×600 display with an Adreno 225 GPU.
What tells us that this device seriously packs a punch is that the Adreno 225 GPU got an astounding 54.9 fps, which beats the Samsung Galaxy S2 and its 46.2 fps despite having a smaller 800×480 resolution display.
Given that the Samsung Galaxy S3 is also right around the corner and being pegged as the top Android of 2012, it will be interesting to see how this device with a next-gen GPU stands up to it. Check out the picture below of a screen grab of its NenaMark2 benchmark results.
