While the Samsung Galaxy Nexus became the next best thing since slice bread during the months before its official debut, now that it is readily available on the market all eyes are on the next big thing. So if you’re not into the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, these three upcoming rumored Android smartphones may be worth holding out for.
Upcoming smartphones to rival the Samsung Galaxy Nexus
Samsung Galaxy S3: Rumored to release at MWC 2012, the Samsung Galaxy S3 has been tipped to have a Samsung-developed 2.0GHz quad-core CPU, 1.5gb RAM, 32gb internal memory (with SD card slot), and a 4.65 inch screen.
HTC Zeta: The details come courtesy of the folks over at Engadget who provide a handful of specs: 2.5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4.5-inch display, 32GB of internal storage, 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash (1080p HD video recording), 1.3-megapixel front cam and all of which will be running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Meizu MX: According to Meizu CEO Jack Wong, the Meizu MX was supposed to be the first quad-core Android smartphone to the market. While we don’t have any further details in terms of hardware, if it is anything like the Meizu M9 then we can bet it mixes great hardware with an equally great design. Let’s just hope the MX doesn’t end up attracting as much attention from Apple’s lawyers as the M9 did.
