T-Mobile: Samsung Galaxy S3 Not Alone, Bigger Brother Coming For The Ride Too

Many individuals in the US with the Samsung Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note have, according to TheDroidGuy, not been too happy with the fact that their carriers keep promising updates which do not materialize. Their anger may now bubble over as there is news that T-Mobile will be offering the Samsung Galaxy Note very soon and when they do it will have the latest update already despite running Gingerbread on AT&T still.

T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note with Ice Cream Sandwich joining Galaxy S3

The team over at Cell Phone Signal have stumbloed upon a leaked image of the handset, in navy blue, with T-Mobile branding. At the moment there is no news about the phone being available in pearl white, which is the colour the majority of people prefer for some reason (not me). And with the Samsung Galaxy S3 coming with a high price tag and no LTE, the Samsung Galaxy Note with Ice Cream Sandwich preloaded would look mighty tempting.

The handset will come with Android 4.0 ICS out of the box, which as we mention some users are still waiting for on AT&T. The T-Mobile version of the handset is thought to have HSPA+ and there have been rumors going around that the device can be unlocked, allowing it to work with AT&T without the need for rooting the handset. This is excellent news as not everyone wants to root their phone in order to be able to use them with a different carrier.

It has been said that the phone will be available from 11th July, which is just a couple of weeks away. It also happens to be around the time when the Samsung Galaxy S3 begins arriving in T-Mobile stores.
