Soak tests have gone out live for the Motorola DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX, so it should now only be a matter of time before the update gets pushed to the public and everyone one can enjoy it.
Motorola DROID RAZR Ice Cream Sandwich hands-on review (DroidLife)
The update brings about a great deal of features and functions to users of Android. DroidLife recently showed off the update via video on the internet so that users would be prepared when they downloaded it (at bottom).
Motorola were then kind enough to send them a device that came preloaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and they jumped straight into a mini reviews to highlight what were the biggest changes. Many users will be very surprised with the changes, some of which are very significant. For those who thought that HTC had slimmed down the skin of the OS, just wait until you see what Motorola have done with theirs. Check out the video.
Android 4.0 has been dubbed as being simple, beautiful and useful with a refined user interface that has evolved beautifully. It builds on everything that the previous OS had and features easy multi-tasking, notifications that are rich, resizable widgets, a customizable home screen and deep interactivity. It also offers powerful ways for sharing and communicating.
