HTC are reportedly working on a voice assistant app much like Siri found on the iPhone 4S and S-Voice on Samsung Galaxy S3, reports MobiGyaan. Hell, even LG has Quick Voice.

The news comes after HTC posted an image to tease us which revealed what seems to be their answer to Apple’s Siri. The image posted on both Facebook and Twitter shows a photo of a phone running a personal assistant app with it responding to the bark of a dog.
The image comes with the wording “Top secret” on it and shows the dog barking and woofing at the phone and the handset replying as both of them interact with the other. However at the very end of the conversation it does apologize to dog fans and then goes on to say that it isn’t real.
While the app will not have conversations with your pet dog it does suggest they are working on an app which will respond to the owner’s queries. For now all we can do is wait to find out what HTC have in store for us and whether they will offer an app on their flagship device the HTC One X that lives up to Siri and S Voice on the iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S3.
