Fans of HTC have been waiting patiently for news about the next handset to be released and this will purportedly be in the form of the HTC One XXL. According to IB Times, the handset will be a quad-core Krait and it will have specs that will challenge those of the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Samsung Galaxy S3 may have outhshined HTC One X but XXL may not be as easy
HTC had raised the bar and pushed the boundaries in device technology with the HTC One X, and they now continue to do so with every model. If the reports that have leaked online are true, the specs of the new HTC One XXL would be the successor to the HTC One X:.
It is thought that the One XXL will have a 720 display of 4.7 inches, come with the Snapdragon S4 quad core processor, have 2GB RAM, an 8 megapixel camera on the back and 1.8 on the front. There is a rumour going around that the screen could even be 5.5 inches which would take it past the size of the screen of the Samsung Galaxy Note.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 on the other hand does boast 2GB RAM, quad-core chipset and LTE, however not all in the same bag (differs based on carrier and region). No word yet on when the HTC One XXL will launch but knowing HTC’s rapid rollout of fresh products, it can’t be too far along.
