Now that the Samsung Galaxy S3 has already been released, we have turned our attentions to the Motorola Droid RAZR HD which is reportedly in production and is set to be a good deal better than the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX which came before it. People are calling the new phone the Droid Fighter, and in comparisons to Apple’s latest iPhone, the 4S, the rumored Motorola DROID RAZR HD comes out favorably reports the International Business Times. It is slimmer, as well as seeming more sturdy (leaked photos show a Kevlar back). The device is set to support 4G LTE as well. IBTimes goes further to compare the specs of the Motorola DROID RAZR HD:

We all complain about battery life and the RAZR HD is set to blow away all competition with a 3,300mAh battery, over double that of the 4Sp, and like its aforementioned predecessor. The HD screen on the device is rumored to be 4.5 inches with only on-screen keys. This is clearly better than the 3.5 inch screen featured on the iPhone 4S. It also potentially may have a Super AMOLED screen.
The camera on the RAZR HD is also pretty impressive as it was recently seen in China with a 13MP rear-facing shooter
and a 3MP front-facing camera, with a F2.4 aperture.
Its processor is a 1.5GHz dual-core, with Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 (just like the US Samsung Galaxy S3 and HTC One X) and 1GB RAM. With Adreno 225 GPU – perfect for LTE capable devices. The 4S in comparison has just 512GB RAM, and a 1GHz processor. The operating system on the RAZR HD is Android 4.0 (ICS) and the interface will be redesigned from what we are used to (the new Moto Blur).
With all these impressive features, the device may even be better than the anticipated iPhone 5, and we are expecting it to cost between $249 and $300 based on the current cost of the RAZR MAXX which has been lowered of late. A recent report already showed that the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX outsold the iPhone 4S on Verizon last quarter so there are high hopes for the Motorola DROID RAZR HD to do the same with the iPhone 5 when they eventually arrive.
