Fans of Apple cannot wait for news about the latest incarnation of the iPhone, the iPhone 5. Fans of the phone also wish for many new features but sadly not all those rumors will come true. Forbes has made a list of things they would never expect Apple to incorporate into the iPhone 5 despite seeming very conventional. Here are 3 that we think are worth highlighting as we share the same view as Forbes with these in particular.
iPhone 5 unlikely to get external storage, Flash and 3D camera
The first of these is support for external storage by way of an SD card. While iPhones do come with plenty of storage it never hurts to have even more. However as Apple tells the difference between their models with how much storage they have, an SD card probably will never surface. After all people would then go for the cheapest 16GB model and increase storage with an SD card.
Flash support is also another addition that fans of Apple would like to see in the next generation iPhone. However Apple’s hatred with Flash makes it another feature that will not emerge.
USB support is another feature that is much requested on the iPhone. Most want this to replace the dock connector but there is not much chance of this happening because of their proprietary dock connectors which has 3rd party manufacturers building accessories exclusive for Apple products only. This in turn makes Apple products more appealing than rival options.
