Staunch Android fans will no doubt be saying that Apple are playing catch up with Google again when it comes to operating systems, following the announcement of their iOS 6. However according to CNET, while this may be so you do have to consider the fact that iPhone users really don’t care at all.
Apple users shouldn’t be bothered whether iOS 6 features are revolutionary or not
That is not to say that users of the iPhone will not have a moan or two if there is a feature that is missing. Let’s face it, it has taken a long time for Apple to bring in real notifications, not to mention being able to attach a photo to email by a button as you compose. However iPhone users are quick to forgive and forget and wait patiently as they believe sooner or later Apple will step up, usually later rather than sooner however. Apples users have come to accept this as being the way it is.
Video editing for example was a nightmare for iPhone users and it did take a while to get things right, but Apple finally managed it and when they did it worked like a dream and for fans of Apple it was worth the wait.
It can be frustrating to see an update emerge on an Apple phone that Android users have been enjoying for some time and see fans of Apple applauding but that’s how life goes and fans of Apple realize that iOS may be playing catch up but for them it was all worth the wait.
