Samsung Galaxy Note 2 rumors crash on impending Samsung Galaxy S3 US release

Rumors have it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will take inspiration from the anticipated Samsung Galaxy S3. Therefore it is expected that the Note 2 will very much like the S3 in a larger form. Sources say that it will also share some of the features of the S3I, including S Voice, Smart Stay and S Beam.

It has also been suggested that the Galaxy Note 2 will come with an attractive resolution on the larger display. This is thought to be a 5.5 inch WSXGA+ display with a pixel resolution of around 1680×1050. However it differs from the S3 in that it will not be HD.

There were rumors of the S3 having the Exynos processor and it seems that the Note 2 may come with this. Suggestions are that the Exynos processor will be built around the ARM Cortex A15 CPU which, if true, would make the device a great deal faster and have better battery power.

The camera will also be based on that of the Galaxy S3 and the Note 2 should have 1.5GB RAM and be 4G LTE compatible. A rumor has been going around that the Note 2 will be released sometime in October of 2012 in Europe while the rest of the world should be able to get their hands on it just weeks later. It is also thought that it will have a similar price to Samsung Galaxy S3.
