Samsung Galaxy S3 price tag in India enrages fans
Since India began to take pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy S3, more than 18,000 of those orders have been registered with a deposit of Rs 2000 and this is non-refundable. If fans cannot afford the rest of the cash and have to cancel their order they will lose this money and of course be unable to get their hands on the S3.
Tech2.in have reported that the phone may be found on the market for around Rs 36,900 in the not too distant future and they also suggest fans may wish to check out deals with their local phone stores. Online stores in India have the phone up for sale with some of the best prices possible, with HomeShop 18 offering the handset for slightly less than Rs 40,000.
The Galaxy S3 is one of the most coveted handsets with a Super AMOLED touchscreen of 4.8 inches with 720×1280 pixels and the TouchWiz UI v4.0 interface. It also comes with the latest offering of Android Ice Cream Sandwich and a quad-core processor.
The Rs 43,180 price tag is currently only commanded by the likes of the iPhone 4S and Android phones are seen as the more affordable option in India.
