The Mega Latias and Latios rumours that were going around seem to be true as they have been seen in YouTube videos. Rumours about them were going around for quite some time and then gamers got the chance to see them. Now we are waiting for Nintendo to confirm the Pokemon and now that they have been seen in the video it should be just a matter of time before this happens.
The YouTube videos did give us a good idea about the mega Latios and Latias and the stats for the Pokemon are as follows. Mega Latios is said to be 80/130/100/160/120/110 and Mega Latias to 80/100/120/140/150/110. These do differ from those that were rumoured, but then who would want a Mega Latias that had so much power?
It seems that the design of the characters have not changed all that much from the original mega evolutions. We have seen that they will have wings and that they look very much like jet engines. They have the same patterns and colours and in the video the Latio does seem to be shiny.
It seems that the Mega Latios and Latias Pokemon will not be the only legendary ones to come into Pokemon X & Y as a hacker recently pointed out that Dinace, Hoopa and Volcanion have been seen. Nintendo did reveal that Diance was a Rock and Fairy type and that the Pokemon would have a special move. Now the Pokemon Company is going to pull out the stops when it comes to revealing the Pokemon.
Some gamers are wondering how they might distribute the legendary Pokemon. Perhaps Nintendo will make an announcement as they did with the remakes of generation 3. We could see a new Ruby and Sapphire version and the 3D looks may even mean a remake of Hoenn. Gamers would perhaps enjoy this more than the Mega Latios and Latias.
