Gamers of Pokemon X & Y shouldn’t take rumours they have been hearing lightly about Mega evolutions of Latias and Latios as you can see them over at YouTube. Rumours have been going around for some time about them but now we have finally got the chance to see them. The Pokemon haven’t been confirmed by Nintendo yet, but as the video is out there, it must surely be just a matter of time before they do confirm the existence.
The video gives gamers a good idea as to the base stats of Mega Latias and Latios and so gamers do have a great idea of the increases in power. The stat changes for the Mega Latios is said to be 80/130/100/160/120/110 and Mega Latias to 80/100/120/140/150/110. Of course these stats are different from those that had been rumoured, however gamers wouldn’t have wanted a Mega Latias that was overpowered.
The characters design has not been changed all that much from the original mega evolutions. They will gain limbs on their wings and these seem to look a lot like jet engines. They will however have the same patterns along with colours and the Latio that we have seen in the video does look shiny.
The Mega Latios and Latias will not be the only legendary Pokemon that are hidden in Pokemon X & Y. a hacker has reported that they have seen Diance, Hoopa and Volcanion. Recently Nintendo revealed Diance and the Rock and Fairy type will come with a very special move. The Pokemon Company should pull out all the stoppers when it comes to revealing this.
Fans of the game have been asking how Nintendo plan on distributing the legendary Pokemon throughout the game. Maybe they will follow the announcement they made with the gen 3 remakes. There could be a new Ruby and Sapphire version of the game and 3D looks of the game may mean that there could be a remake of Hoenn, this would be something even more worth looking forward to than Mega Latios and Latias.
