Pokemon fans playing Pokemon X & Y have waited for the release of PokeBank. It did arrive in the eShop but was taken down after the servers crashed. It has now been released again in Japan, but there hasn’t been any sign of its release in the UK or US.
We did hear that gamers were keeping their fingers crossed that it would arrive following the update to the eShop, which Nintendo announced, but this came and went without PokeBank. The update did however bring with it three new games.
PokeBank is wanted by players as it allows them to save their Pokemon and port over Pokemon from other games into Pokemon X & Y. When it was released on December 27 there was such a rush to get hold of PokeBank and Poke Transporter that the servers crashed. Nintendo have not given fans over in the US or UK any indication as to when they can expect the arrival of PokeBank.
Nintendo did say that getting PokeBank out to fans would be a top priority, but still have not given any dates. Fans in Japan have been using PokeBank for more than a week now, which has caused anger in other parts of the world.
