One month ago gamers of Pokemon were excited as it seemed that PokeBank was getting close to being release. Fans excitement was dashed when Nintendo failed to launch the service.
A couple of weeks ago Nintendo did try to launch PokeBank but it left them with server crashes as the traffic was overwhelming. This has led to a delay in the release of PokeBank.
Nintendo said that they will launch PokeBank region to region so as to control traffic and hopefully ward off any unwanted issues.
Over in Japan players managed briefly to get PokeBank before it was taken down. In the US players have had to sit back and watch the drama unfold. Nintendo will launch PokeBank to the US players but at the moment there isn’t a re-release date.
Now it has been said that even if Nintendo were to reveal PokeBank today fans anticipation for it could turn to anger. Reports have said that hacked Pokemon could have come through the PokeBank before it completed its launch, according to players in Japan.
A photograph of what is said to be a shiny Pokemon with Dream World ability was uploaded just days ago. Fans said that this was impossible as it is hard enough to get a shiny Pokemon let along one that has Dream World ability.
Recently another photo was posted of a shiny Pokemon caught using a Master Ball. Again, fans do not believe this and then things got even funnier when another photo came to light that showed a level 1 Gengar.
Worse still it seems that the Pokemon have passed through the PokeBank smoothly which is very worrying if it is true. This could lead to Pokemon X & Y becoming infested with hacked breeds. Now fans are calling for Nintendo to ensure that the PokeBank is secure or fans anger could arise when PokeBank is launched.
