The name Solid Snake is well known in the Metal Gear Solid community and this isn’t surprising as gamers have played as Snake in the series of games and he is something of a legend. The lead to the question arising of how Solid Snake might fit into Metal Gear Solid 5.
There is a large thread on Reddit about this subject with one Redditor who goes by the name of JasonPressX saying that Solid Snake may be one part of the De Ja Vu mission. MalusAndValus said that perhaps Solid Snake could rescue the DARPA chief just as he had done back in the first game.
That_OtherAccount thought that Solid Snake had reached the age of retirement as he was great in Metal Gear Solid 4 and bringing him back to Metal Gear Solid 5 wouldn’t have him doing anything better.
At the moment we don’t know a whole lot about Metal Gear Solid 5 but fans of the series are waiting to hear news.
