Gamers who follow the Mass Effect series have been talking over on Reddit and they have pointed out what they want from the next Mass Effect game. The list for Mass Effect 4 is a long one and fans know that it is being developed as Bioware have confirmed it.
Most gamers want Mass Effect 4 to be a sequel rather than it being a prequel. Some gamers said that the destroy ending may be used as a jumping point and it could be uncertain whether Shepard died or not.
The main character could be human, Krogan, Quarian, Salarian or Asari but without Krogan or Quarian, if players were to use the ME3 save file. Over on Reddit gamers have been talking about how Mass Effect 4 could have a focus on a race that wasn’t human.
There is nothing like a bad guy in a game and gamers would like to see a great bad buy in Mass Effect 4. This would have to be someone that they would hate. Gamers also pointed out that there should be some romance in the game.
More races being playable had been suggested, with one gamer saying that perhaps there could be a choice of playing two or three different ones in the game. The characters would need to be solid and gamers would like more social elements in the game. Of course the downside to this is that the game would need a lot of work and so it would take Bioware much longer to reveal the game.
At the moment Mass Effect 4 is in the beta stage of its development and gamers are hoping that Bioware will be listening to what gamers want out of the game. What would you like to see in Mass Effect 4, tell us in the comments below?
