This Playstation-exclusive title from Naughty Dog carries a strong appeal and gamers, regardless of the platform, loved it.
A recent announcement from Naughty Dog’s Neil Druckmann revealed that there is a chance for The Last of Us to have a sequel. The creative director revealed that it is a 50/50 chance for The Last of Us 2 to happen.
It appears that the decision lies in Naughty Dog’s hands. Neil claims that Sony has placed its trust on the game developer. In addition to that, Sony blessed Naughty Dog with the freedom to do whatever they wish as it the outcome will be the best for both companies.
As for Neil, he felt that the next several years will be the most important of all and wouldn’t jump into making a decision easily. As such, The Last of Us is still being decided on.
