Speculation has been going around that Rockstar are working on GTA 6. GTA V was only launched in September of last year and it does happen to be one of the best games to ever have been made. Fans of the series waited five years from GTA IV to get their hands on GTA V and they could have to wait just as long to get their handset on GTA 6. While the wait will be inevitable, at least fans know that it will eventually arrive and when it does Rockstar will make sure that the game looks even better than GTA 5.
We cannot begin to estimate when GTA 6 might arrive on the shelves and of course Rockstar will only reveal the game when they are good and ready to do so. GTA games always make a huge amount of money for the company so releasing a new game every few years isn’t an issue and there isn’t any rush to get GTA 6 out on the market. This is down to the fact that we have GTA Online and DLC content for GTA V coming our way.
Of course there have always been multiple GTA games on different consoles and the same should happen this time. Rockstar did seem to get side tracked with Red Dead Redemption and L.A. Noire. They did let out some secrets in October last year when they said that they had lots of ideas for the next game in the series and that they were not sure which of the ideas they would pursue.
So for the time-being fans of the franchise don’t have to concern themselves about when GTA 6 will make its way out. We know that Rockstar have about 45 years of ideas to go with and by the time they put it all together we could be on to the 7th gen PlayStation. For now let’s concentrate on GTA V DLC and get the online heists that gamers want.
