We know that a lot of automakers are trying to get their vehicles to work with the Amazon Alexa including BMW but it looks like the bragging rights belong to Hyundai now.
Those looking to get the upcoming new Genesis G90 and the Genesis G80 model will be good to know that these two models will come be compatible with the Alexa skill. With Alexa, drivers will be able to control the car using their voice.
The Alexa will allow the driver to talk and control and of the features including the lights, locks, and climate control. Drivers can also ask Alexa to stop or start the car.
To use this new feature, the owner will have to subscribe to the Genesis Connected Services. All owners will be given a three years complimentary pass when they purchase the new model. Owners will also need to have at least one of these devices, the Amazon Echo, Echo Dot or the Amazon Tap.
