Final Fantasy XV PS4 Store Release May Feature Disappointment

Fans of Final Fantasy were left cringing by the comments made by Nomura Tetsuya about the release date of Final Fantasy XV for the PS4. He claimed that the team are very anxious about the time and the resources that are needed to be able to get the most from the new PS4.

It was said “For the player, having a game that’s ‘thoroughly made’ makes them excited with anticipation, but for a developer, it’s a hurdle that we have to overcome,” Tetsuya mentioned. “The number of things that we have to do keeps increasing, and if we keep trying to expand we’ll never be finished.”

Square Enix are hard at work right now trying to get the most out of the system and this is the reason for the delay of the release of Final Fantasy XV on the PS4.

If you look back at the history of Square Enix then a release date of 2015 or 2016 could be possible. 2016 would be possible if you take the comments of Tetsuya into consideration. Fans of the series did point out that Final Fantasy XIII didn’t arrive on the PS3 until the console had been on the shelves for three years.

Back in March of last year Square Enix had losses that were said to be extraordinary, Forbes said that this would be unlikely to repeat over periods, which is reassuring.

Right now Square Enix digital entertainment branch will remain positive about incomes but the $10.6 million operating income is far from the $922.88 predicted sales and below the 14.6% margin.

Square Enix are under a great deal of pressure and fans may hope for the best and certainly they don’t want to see Final Fantasy XV released before it is ready.
