Far Cry 3: No Gay Heroes (Not That There’s Anything Wrong With That)

Who knew that gay heroes are breaking into the gaming industry? Looking into AAA gaming titles like the Mass Effect series, Dragon Age series, Fable 3 or Skyrim, gay players are able to practice their sexuality in the games.

While most AAA titles have yet to have an openly announced gay protagonist, the snake-like approach to allow this feat is clear. However, it is disappointing that Far Cry 3 is not participating in the gay movement.

In a recent interview with Ubisoft lead writer, Lucien Soulban, the lad revealed that the first step to make this gay dream come true is through openly allowing such choices. This should condition the minds of the players and sooner or later, there will definitely be gay AAA protagonist.

Unless you’ve heard, Lucien Soulban is gay himself. The lead writer pointed out that Javier Bardem in Skyfall is gay himself. Heck, even Dumbledore is gay.

Even if Far Cry is yet to be “gay”, there is a chance for such a character to be introduced in future Far Cry sequels.

Nevertheless, the gay community can’t wait to see more of their kind making an entry in mainstream video games. Although, they are hoping for it to be professional instead of being a joke.
