Fallout 4 Shoved Into Spotlight Again But Did Bethesda Trigger It?

Towards the end of last year, there has been a huge buzz on Fallout 4 being in development. However, the website known as Survivor2299 appears to be nothing more than a hoax which caused a major upset among the Fallout community.

It is amazing on how a single hoaxer was able to fool the entire Fallout population. Heck, Bethesda is guilty as well for not addressing the fans from the very first minute.

Today, history looks to repeat itself. This time, it is with Bethesda’s other title, Dishonoured 2. This upcoming sequel to the highly successful Dishonoured has got its email sent to the fans that hints on the game’s coming despite no official word from Bethesda.

The email came with a hashtag, a link and even Dishonoured 2’s logo. There is also a text that says “Witness the full reveal at E3 2014.” As for the hashtag, it reads “#DarknessOfTyvia”. Needless to say but it does look legit.

However, after seeing the fate of the Fallout universe, it is best for the fans to take this with a pinch of salt. After all, it is still unconfirmed by the game developer. On the other hand, Bethesda is pretty poor when it comes to communicating with its fans.
