We are days away from the Geneva Motor Show and Volkswagen decided to launch the images of a 4-door Coupe Concept online. As how it appears in the image above, the concept looks enticing as it didn’t feature anything repetitive.
We particularly like how the new grille is made to appear like instead of the same shape that has been recycled for the past decade or so. The headlights and taillights too are sharper than before.
Volkswagen shared that the concept will be coming with a hybrid powertrain that is made up of a TSI petrol engine and two electric motors with AWD capability.
While it all sounds great, it now hit us that the VW 4-door Coupe Concept actually has that Porsche Panamera accents to it. By this, we are not referring to the whole design but with how the roof slopes and sweeps into the trunk instead.
If Volkswagen is to produce the 4-door Coupe Concept, it will definitely be for the future VW CC. Of course, we ca expect more spills at the Geneva Motor Show.
