Subaru has gone public to confirm that the BR-Z will be coming to North America. This is some exciting news but Subaru failed to into details with the sports sedan.
On the other hand, there are the rumours which indicate that the BR-Z coming to the US will be like the STI Performance Concept that was seen at the last New York Auto Show.
When we requested on confirmation on this, Subaru simply replied with a quote from the company’s head of corporate communication in America that says the car could just be a tuned by TSI model.
In other words, Subaru is unclear itself on whether they should bring in the BR-Z STI or a different variant of the car.
Either way, Subaru fans here in the US will definitely appreciate the coming of the BR-Z. Of course, it will definitely be sweet if Subaru gives the US the STI version of the car too.
