Ssangyong were previously known for bringing out the ugliest cars in the world but more recently the car maker has been trying to be a little bit more modern so that they can compete with the like of Hyundai, Santa Fe and other SUVs. The latest to come from them is the Tivolo crossover and this was shown off at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
While the SsangYong Tivoli cannot really be called pretty, it isn’t bad looking either. It sort of looks like a cross between the Kia Soul, Mitsubishi Outlander and the Chevy Trax. This is a B-segment crossover that comes with all-wheel and front wheel drive and a choice of 16 or 18 inch wheels.
The engine choices are 1.6 litre gas which offers 126 horses and the 1.6 litre diesel offering 110hp. Both come in a choice of 6 speed manual and automatic transmissions. SsangYong have added in the Smart Steer system and this comes with Normal, Comfort and Sport modes.
You can choose leather or cloth interior and the SsangYong Tivoli comes with lots of technology and all the comfort that you would want.
