Microsoft had just launched the all new Windows 8. This latest OS is revealed to be a massive upgrade from Windows 7 but many do not like it due to the new interface. Aside from that, there is the battle between Windows 8 and OS X. Which is better? We say OS X and here’s why.
1. Interface
Everything about Apple spells simplicity all-over it. Everything can be accessed from the dock at the bottom which does not cause a mess at the desktop screen. The layout is easy to understand and everything is stored in a neat and organized manner. In Windrows 8, opening mouse options can also be a stressful excursion.
2. No Bloatware
The OS X is built by Apple for their own computers. Microsoft, on the other hand, sells away their software to third party manufacturers. The difference is that the OS X is free of bloatware while the Windows is full of them.
3. Free Updates
Updating from one Apple OS to a newer version has always been free of charge. Meanwhile, jumping from Windows 7 to Windows 8 requires a lot of money.
4. Detailed Updates
Whenever the OS X updates, it tells users the files that are coming in and purpose of it. Windows 8 updates as they please and take a lifetime to complete as users remain clueless on the new things being added.
5. Trackpad
The OS X touch-mouse pad is also something really comprehensive. One can zoom in, zoom out, scroll down, minimize and many more all from touching. This is something Windows 8 cannot offer.
