No RAM Mid-Sized Pickup Trucks Made It Easier For Ford?

RAM openly revealed earlier today that they won’t be venturing in the mid-sized pickup truck segment due to the difficulties in producing cheap yet fuel savvy vehicles. This leaves the Chevrolet Colorado more space with no challengers around.

If there is an automaker that has the resources and capabilities to challenge the Colorado, it is Ford. The last time Ford offered a mid-sized pickup truck, the year was 2012 and it was known as the Ranger.

Ford has already confirmed that the next-gen Ranger won’t be getting a local release and they have also yet to give an update on the mid-sized pickup truck line in the US. This opens up the possibility of a new creation coming in the near future and perhaps, it could be the next-gen Bronco.

The bottom line is that Ford won’t back away from a competition and they will surely find the right ingredients to challenge the Chevrolet Colorado. Whatever the vehicle will be, it will be easier for Ford with RAM out of the way.
