Mitsubishi Evo X: RIP

Mitsubishi is making its final decision in discontinuing the production of the ever iconic Mitsubishi Evo X. The Japan’s famous rally car will no longer be in everyone’s sight soon, but, before that, Mitsubishi is doing a Final Edition of the car, which will only be produced for 1, 000 units.

The Mitsubishi Evo X will come with performance luxuries such as Recaro seats, Brembo brakes, Eibach springs, Bilstein shocks and many more, and will be based on the GSR model with five-speed manual transmission.

Mitsubishi has spent its money, time and resources renewing the other car, 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer yet it kills its most famous car. A lot of people do not see the point behind this decision, but Mitsubishi sure has its own stand of doing so.

Up until now, there have been 10 generations of the Lancer Evolution over the last 23 years. Mitsubishi Evo X may not be everyone’s favourite, it is still devastated to see Mitsubishi’s legendary winged sedan’s era finally comes to its end. The car will later be replaced with a hybrid SUV.
