Porsche have been really active in the crossover market and they are pretty successful too. There is simply no rivalling the latest Porsche Macan and the all-new Cayenne. The question now is what next for Porsche?
If they are really into dominating the world of crossovers, then Porsche is probably setting its sight on the most popular segment of them all, compact SUV. The market is currently dominated by the Nissan Juke but things are heating up with the arrival of the Jeep Renegade. Will Porsche downgrade its luxury status to take part in the segment?
We will never know for sure. What we do know is the vehicle that will be competing in the market if Porsche somehow decided to challenge the Nissan Juke. X-Tomi has created a new rendering called the Porsche Boxenne S and it will be a compact mini-crossover cum hatchback that looks like a miniature Macan.
The 2-door hatch simply looks hot and if it were to get produced with the right pricing, we have no doubt that the car will be a major success globally. Then again, we are pretty sure that Porsche wouldn’t want to see its cars being a commoner on the roads.
