Lincoln Records Massive Profit Last Month Thanks To Viral Ad

Every company in the world hope for their products to go viral as it will tremendously boost their name’s popularity. Ford’s luxury arm Lincoln wished for that and they got it.

The all-new Lincoln MKC, which was released last month, came out with an advertisement starring Matthew McConaughey. The latter applied a soft narration, serious but composed facial expressions and of course, mysterious gestures throughout the commercial.

The video gained the attention of Americans and its popularity sharply rose after Jim Carrey and Ellen DeGeneres made their own rendition of it. Thanks to that, many Americans are now aware of the Lincoln MKC’s existence, thus, increasing its sales drastically.

Just in October alone, Lincoln announced that it bagged 25% profit and most of the percentage is owed to the all-new MKC. The American carmaker has been waiting long for this moment after years of loss-making.
