Lincoln Continental that makes its appearance at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show has made all eyes to set on the new model to see how terrific the car is going to be on the road. The Lincoln Continental is based on the front-wheel drive platform, but an all-wheel drive version is guaranteed.
The production may not be changing the styling, including the mesh grille. However, Lincoln is still being indefinite about the luxury sedan’s mechanical parts. According to the details from the New York show, the car uses a Lincoln-exclusive 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 for power. The company has no plan yet to produce the hybrid version.
The flagship sedan is AWD and comes with good looking design. But the debate going on between the Continental’s fans of whether the car should be a AWD or RDW. Some are saying that the car would be better with RWD, and others feel like the car should continue with the AWD platform.
