It wasn’t that long ago when Chevrolet went out to unveil the next-gen Bolt and the vehicle is going to take electrical driving range to a whole new level as it looks to stay competitive with the upcoming Tesla Model 3.
Now, rumours are indicating that Ford will also get inside the EV frame next year and they are producing a long-range EV car to compete, if not, better the Chevrolet Bolt and Tesla Model 3.
The rumours were loud in making such a claim but they have yet to bring up any evidence for better clarification. Even so, the word is that the EV car from Ford will also be cheaper than the $30,000 Bolt and the $40,000 Model S.
If the rumours are spot on, then Ford will surely dominate the EV market when the car is ready to make its debut. Then again, rumours are still rumours so it is best to take it with a grain of salt. Although, it would be funny if the Ford EV car is called the Model E. That will surely provoke Tesla.
