The Ford F-150 and the Chevrolet Colorado both kicked up a storm with sales figures that have been impressive. Both of the trucks have dominated the market but there is room left for niche pick-ups such as the Cadillac EXT.
This isn’t your average pick-up and the Cadillac EXT has always been the odd one out. The design of the truck has the base of the Chevrolet Silverado and then someone in Russia took it and chopped it up and took it back to its roots of 122 years with a retro look.
It has the base of the Cadillac EXT platform and thanks to the retro looks it may appeal to buyers who are looking for something classic and who don’t want ground clearance offered by the new trucks coming out.
If Cadillac were to offer the retro version of the 2016 Cadillac EXT it might put the Chevrolet Colorado and the Ford F-150 in the shade.
