Bentley Takes A Hit At The Lincoln Continental Concept

Lincoln is about to close the gap between it and the European luxury carmakers after it unveiled the Continental Concept. This is some exciting news since Lincoln is not just doing it for themselves but they are also representing the entire US automotive industry.

Unfortunately for Lincoln, the unveiling of the Continental Concept is now greeted by harsh reactions by luxury kingpin, Bentley. The British-brand’s chief designer, Luc Donckerwolke revealed that the Continental Concept looks a lot like the Bentley Flying Spur and this is evident with the four round lights.

Luc didn’t let the matter rest that easily. The lad then went on Facebook and referenced the Continental Concept to the poorly made clones in China. He then added sarcasm by claiming that the Continental Concept will be a Bentley for the masses.

Things spiced up further when Luc went on David Woodhouse’s Facebook page to offer the tools to develop the Continental Concept. For those who are unaware, David Woodhouse is Lincoln’s design director.

Things are certainly heating up between Lincoln and Bentley with the possibility of a courtroom brawl happening in the near future.
