The high-end luxury automotive market is breaking into a new scene and that is SUV. Rolls Royce is currently producing its first ever crossover and so is Bentley. Known as the Bentayga, Bentley claims that it is the fastest SUV in history.
While no details were shared, an industry insider claims that the Bentayga will be powered by a newly developed 6.0L twin-turbo W-12 engine, which pumps out 600hp and 590lb-fts of torque. The lad also revealed that there is a top speed of 200mph with the Bentayga.
Today, luxury dwellers can already check out on the Bentayga after its first spy shots got leaked online. Upon observing the images, one can easily see the traditional Bentley grille and twin-headlight design. The overall styling does not look sporty but luxurious instead.
Of course, the spy shots do not cover the interior of the Bentayga but we can expect it to be like a 7-star hotel. We can also look forward to learning more about the vehicle prior to its debut next year.
