Jeep is going to launch the 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and so many people are excited to see what the carmaker has to offer with their famous SUV. One thing for sure, the new Jeep Wrangler will not come with a foldable windshield, but it is going to use solid front and rear axles.
This decision by Jeep brings relief to a lot of people because it is essential to the Jeep Wrangler to have solid axles. This is due to the fact that many of Jeep vehicles have put aside the feature for independent suspensions.
In contrast, using compact axles will not bring good effects on the fuel economy. The Jeep Wrangler is already known to not be a fuel savvy car, but it is Jeep’s wish to make the SUV eco-friendly. Jeep is also going to build Jeep Wrangler with aluminium parts.
The details of the SUV are still yet to be confirmed, but we can expect to have a lighter Jeep Wrangler to run small displacement turbocharged engine that help to reduce emission. This will be a great news to Jeep lovers and hopefully, the price will be reasonable too.
